Mary's belief is that the accounting function should be organized clear, well structured and run smoothly. If not, IMPROVE it. She likes to sort out accounting puzzles & special projects to find answers or look for trends.

Mary has experience with Quickbooks, Sage, Excel & Word, Outlook, and Great Plains. She has the capacity and desire to always learn new softwares

as well!

Mary has a lot of years of experience working with small and medium-sized firms. Her specialities include A/R, A/P, bank and account reconciliations, payroll, financial reporting, cash flow, and budgeting. She is very analytical and detail-oriented and is just as interested in how the work is done.
