Marco Montermini started MRM Accounting Services, LLC in 2012 with the vision of helping small business owners with all their accounting needs with integrity and professionalism. Very quickly, this vision expanded to non-profit organizations as Marco realized this great need in the marketplace. Marco's 22+ years of accounting experience enables him to easily manage accounting concerns related to any industry and business type. Marco earned a Bachelor's Degree in biology and business administration and subsequently attained a Master's Degree in Business Administration (accounting) from the University of Saint Thomas.

Josh graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois with a BA in Economics. He has over 10 years of experience in the Corporate Trust division of a large U.S. banking institution. Josh has also served as a volunteer non-profit treasurer and bookkeeper. In addition, he has bookkeeping experience as a volunteer treasurer for a campaign and political party unit in Minnesota. Early in his career, Josh worked in the treasury department of a U.S. presidential campaign. Josh appreciates compiling accurate an relevant financial data so business entities can make wise decisions about their future. Outside of work, Josh enjoys politics, aviation, swimming and traveling with his family.
Daewon was involved in the trading of non-ferrous metals at Ssangyong Corporation in Seoul, Korea from 1977-78. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan in 1981. In the meantime, he studied theology and worked as a Bible Translator for Wycliffe Bible Translators, in Myanmar, Thailand, and Korea for more than 20 years. He has worked as a bookkeeper for Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis for the last six years.
